Portraits

This whole series was based around people that blend into their environments. Most are my friends when they played at the Phoenix Theater in Petaluma this weekend, or just other random shots I got. I used a Canon T3I rebel mostly on 1/200ths on 3.4ƒ or 5.6ƒ.

  1. Your photos are awesome! I love the uniqueness of them. Also the detail in the backgrounds is really cool but it's also slightly distracting. My favorite photo is the second one down. Its funny and cool. Great work.

  2. overall, pretty strong photo batch. Each photo has amazing colors that really stand out-but I don't think you incorporated the background or other elements as well as you could have. Regardless, your pictures are awesome but I don't think you quite captured the idea of the portrait tying into the background as well as you could have.

  3. I like your use of wild backgrounds in your photos, although i feel you could have incorporated the subject into them more, these seem kind of like snapshots. Great Job though

  5. These photos are really strong despite what you were trying to go for. The light and dark of the photos were a really strong component for the blending of the subjects. Really enjoyed it
